The founding team
The studio is led by operators with two decades of building category-defining companies across the GCC, North America, and Asia-Pacific. We have launched products in Fintech, Enterprise SaaS, Travel, and SME infrastructure.
Residency partners
Each venture is paired with a dedicated GP for the 12-week residency. The partner works full-time on product, hiring, and governance — embedded inside the company until it walks out of the studio on its own.
Partner network
Design partners across product, brand, legal, and finance come in for week-long sprints during residency and on call afterwards. They are operators, not consultants — most have run the functions they advise on.
The operator pool How we hire the first five
Every Get Started Ventures company sources its first five hires from a pre-vetted operator pool. Engineers, designers, GTM leads, ops people who have already shipped before. Most are operators we have worked with directly; the rest come through a referral-only intake from the broader network.
The pool spans the four hubs — Riyadh, New York, London, Singapore — and a deep bench in the surrounding regions. We do not run a CV pipeline. We maintain relationships. When a portfolio company is ready to hire, the GP makes three or four warm introductions; the founder decides.
