Phase 01 · Day −30
We meet you earlier than anyone.
The most important investment a studio can make happens before there is a company. We spend weeks — sometimes months — sitting with operators we believe in, mapping the space they want to attack, the team they would assemble, and the conditions under which they would walk away from their current job.
No deck. No projections. Just operators talking with operators. We invest in the founder first; the company name follows.
Phase 02 · Day 0
Pre-seed check on day one.
When you decide to start, our check is already wired. No pitch process, no diligence theatre. We invest our own money first, always — that's the discipline that aligns us with every other shareholder who comes after.
On day one, you have a co-founder if you need one, a first hire from our operator pool, and a workspace inside the studio.
Phase 03 · Weeks 1 to 12
Residency. Build alongside operators.
The first twelve weeks are spent inside the studio. A dedicated GP works alongside you on product, hiring, governance, and the financial model. Design partners come in for week-long sprints. The first five hires are sourced from a pre-vetted operator pool that spans GCC, North America, Europe, and APAC.
At the end of week 12, the company exits residency: legal structure complete, first cohort of customers in conversation, hiring plan funded, board mechanics in place.
Phase 04 · Year 1+
Founders never graduate.
We stay close for as long as the company exists. Monthly office hours with the GP, a yearly founders' summit, hiring help on every senior role, and direct intros to the seed and Series A funds we co-invest with.
When a portfolio company needs to enter a new market or build a regulated product, the studio compiles the playbook, opens the doors, and stays for the launch.
