    We meet you earlier than anyone.

    We invest before the deck, sometimes before the team. We back exceptional people, often before they know what they are building.

  2. Day 0

    Pre-seed check on day one.

    No deck required. We invest our own money first, always. We pair builders with complementary operators from our network.

  3. Week 1–12

    Residency. Build with operators.

    Twelve weeks of focused building with a dedicated GP and design partners. The first five hires come from our pre-vetted operator pool.

  4. Year 1+

    Founders never graduate.

    Office hours, summits, hiring help — forever. Direct intros to the seed and Series A funds we co-invest with.
